How it works
If you are a private individual, a real estate agent, a builder, and you who have understood the importance of this innovative service and the profit it can bring you, you can contact us and together we will evaluate how intervene at the best!
There are many variations, the property to be sold or rented can be newly built still unfinished, or in good or bad condition. It can be empty or with furniture inside, uninhabited or inhabited.
We will thus evaluate if:
- bring furnishings inside and leave them for a certain period of time until the conclusion of the sale or rental

The cost

Furthermore, if you wish, we could offer you the Home Property service: we will manage the sale or rental of your property, taking care of launching it directly on the market and organizing visits.
