A complete path in which we will follow you in the design and construction of your home, b&b, studio or shop. A turnkey package where we will be your support for the entire duration of this "journey" together
We will take care of
Starting from the feasibility study up to the delivery of the necessary building documents, to the elaboration of the executive and interior design, to the drafting of calculations up to the works management, artistic direction and closure of the works
What papers will we produce
The development of the executive project includes dimensioned drawings of the layout decided in the feasibility study, plans of the false ceilings, the electrical and sanitary water system, the laying of the finishes, construction details and everything that is necessary for the start-up of the future construction site
what will we do together
We will continue with the design and we will study for you every detail, custom furniture and guide you and accompany you in the choice of materials, lighting and furniture

Cost
This service cannot have a pre-established price, we will have to study your specific case and we will provide you with a detailed ad-hoc estimate which we will explain to you point by point.
We can tackle the design together wherever you are, because it can also be done remotely online!
If you are not in Tuscany, we will agree with other professionals closest to you in order to better follow the bureaucratic part and the construction phase, while we will provide you with all the executive documents necessary to be able to carry out the implementation phase of your project in the best possible way: a real guide for you during all the works. And remember that we will always be present even remotely, ready to collaborate with our other colleagues in your area
We can also assist and accompany you in choosing your property. Together we will evaluate all the pros and cons and find what is right for you, respecting your needs and budget... finding potential even in the classic "grandmother's houses" that can often discourage!
