Z - Home

Z-home is a charming 55 m2 apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Florence intended for rent.

The owner has decided to entrust us with the total management of the house, a real turnkey project: from design to construction management, to the choice of furnishings, lighting and selection of details and furnishing accessories.. up to the management of the ad for rent.

Our desire, shared with the owner, was to enlarge the spaces as much as possible and make them bright as well as integrating the kitchenette with the living area while maintaining a harmony of spaces.

Respecting these needs, the intervention focused on the use of light materials and colors for coverings and furnishings in order to be able to give light and spatiality to the house and at the same time enhance the existing and ancient elements, such as the terracotta floor.

For Z-home we also took care of the property management, that is, we created the advert, carried out the photo shoot and placed the apartment on the market and we managed the rental bookings on behalf of the owner.

We work together united by the same great passion for the word "Home" and all the wonderful world it contains.
