Owners of the site operatrearchitettura.com (hereinafter referred to as the Site) - and the person (hereinafter referred to as the Customer) who purchases consultancy and digital products on this same site.

METHOD OF CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The contract is considered concluded when the Customer sends the payment order to the electronic address of info@operatrarchitettura.com subject to successful completion of the same.

If the customer does not have the status of consumer as indicated above, any dispute relating to these General Conditions of Sale, if not resolved out of court, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florence or Pisa.
